Hey Everyone! I hope you’re all staying safe during this quarantine!! I’ve been trying to stay productive by cleaning and organizing things around the house, waiting for the world to get back to normal lol. But I have to admit, one thing I’m actually enjoying during this stress- free time is baking… especially when it comes to baking easy desserts! If you are like me and sometimes want to enjoy semi-sweet desserts, then this recipe is for you!
These {semi sweet} peanut butter cookies have been a hit at our home! My family is enjoying them as a snack or with a glass of milk in the mornings. They’re just the right amount of sweetness that I like!💕
Here’s the recipe:
Easy Semi- Sweet Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of melted butter
Instructions

mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

then add peanut butter, egg, melted butter; mix

lastly, add semi-sweet chocolate chips {or regular chocolate chips}

place parchment paper on cookie sheet to bake

set oven on 350* and bake for 12-14 min

set aside on cooling rack
Recipe Notes
This recipe is for semi sweet peanut butter cookies but if you prefer more sweeter, add 1/3 cup of flour instead of 1/2 cup, no oats and use regular chocolate chips 🙂
